Welcome to the J.Simons website. Since we opened in 1981 J.Simons has sold the very best, the most interesting and the most expertly selected range of menswear in London. Rooted in traditional clothing from a variety of sources, though primarily dedicated to the Ivy League style, we aim to offer a welcoming atmosphere, good service and reliability. John Simons opened the inspirational and influential Ivy Shop in Richmond in 1965 and is an expert in his field. The shop has history and both the people who work there and its customers have stories to tell. This website will promote J.Simons clothes shop and also serve as an archive of John's work and its importance in the wider cultural sense. There will always be a corner of England that is forever natural shoulder.
